Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Johnson-Controls MS-NIE5510-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motion-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motion-Engineering such as the PCXDSP800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PJA36040U43A manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS5N603 by Manufacturer Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Foxboro Brand P0400VR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rochester-Instrument such as SC4372 equipment made by Rochester-Instrument have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rochester-Instrument products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rochester-Instrument" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC11001022 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular PVP4136BR210 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PXM2270MA65105 by Cutler-hammer and SC4372 spares by Rochester-Instrument are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNIE55110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metasys.
